Christmas Gift Exchange Ideas

November 27, 2021 By Maria

Why was Santa’s little helper depressed?

Because he had low elf esteem. 😂

Why does Scrooge love Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer?

Because every buck is dear to him. 😂

All jokes aside, the Christmas season is in full swing and chances are, you might have a gift exchange in your future!  Whether within family or coworkers at the office, gift exchanges can be equally fun and stressful! Buying a gift for someone you don’t know that well isn’t the easiest task.

If you’re the organizer or in a position to offer suggestions, here are some unique and fun gift exchange ideas to help narrow down the most appropriate gift!

The Gift of Games 🎲

  • In this exchange you buy and gift your favorite board game. Exchanging games extends the fun of the season all year round!

Paragraph Presents 📚

  • In this exchange you buy and gift your favorite book. Write a note about what you love about the book and how it has impacted you. Pass it along for others to enjoy too!

Blue Buys 🟦

  • Or any color! Pick a color and buy a gift that matches. This can turn pretty creative as you can buy anything of the chosen color, from food to clothes to gadgets!

Mistletoe Moments 🍾

  • In this exchange, buy and gift your favorite bottle of booze! Encourage pictures of holiday cheer under the mistletoe!

Regardless of what you give or receive this year, remember James 1:17

“Every good and perfect gift is from above.” 💝

Most of us will admit that the best gifts in life cannot be bought with money.  Click HERE to take a moment to remember what matters most when picking out the perfect gift this year.
