Recipe Alert: The Secret Sauce

September 18, 2021 By Maria

We interrupt your regularly scheduled programming to bring you some Good News!

If you were anticipating calories, keto, macros and munchies, DONUT worry, we’ll pick it back up next week 😂 🍩

Project Breadcrumb Trail’s most viewed and most liked post (before I ditched FaceBook), “Beating the Odds” was published on Saturday, Sept. 19th 2020. This was day I married the love of my life.

Though we’re not talking food today, I will still be sharing a recipe with you. It’s the secret sauce to achieving the desires of your heart ❤️

Reflecting back on Beating the Odds, it was interesting to compare how I felt while writing and how I felt while reading one year later.

Common Denominator: Tears

I remember feeling nervous about sharing a glimpse of my experience with addiction and recovery.

This year, I feel free and proud.

I remember wondering if posting the links to a Christian series on Marriage and Love was worth the time and effort. 🤔

This year I smiled thinking about the story of a complete stranger, who clicked those links and stated the content is what kept her and her husband from pulling the plug on their marriage.

It’s amazing how 10 minutes of one person’s life has the potential to change the remainder of another person’s lifetime.

I remember feeling worried that I put too much emphasis on “modern day manifestation” and not enough focus on biblical truths vs my own truths.

This year, I am excited to share the scripture, aka the recipe, that gave me my hearts desire.

It’s short, simple, and foolproof. It works EVERY time for the dreams we have in ALL areas of our life.

“Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe you have received it, and it will be yours.” Mark 11:24

All this “believe and you will receive” manifestation stuff didn’t originate from a modern day guru. It originated with Jesus and His authority over our lives. The “secret” has always been there. It is written in the Word of God.

Now it’s time to grab a fork and get ready to dig in! Click HERE to read my victory in Beating the Odds.

As always, thanks for following Project Breadcrumb Trail. Please share with your family, friends, pets and neighbors! Also share with your social media feed, if you’re still plugged in!

May God bless and protect our country and everyone reading.
